Sunday's Crystal Yoga Meditation Event Series -- You're Invited!

Hey y'all, Sunday is right around the corner and if you've been following me on Facebook and Instagram you're aware that I'm co-hosting a Crystal Yoga Meditation (CYM) series with my sisters! Below is the event flyer and the full details are on our Eventbrite page, check it our here.

So why'd we start the #CYM series you ask? Well, my sisters and I have a shitload of experience  in our respective niches and wanted to come together in a fun and safe space to share and grow with our community! This event is hosted by our collective group called UtukSun which I’ll share more about in a future post.

If you can't make this event don't worry because more fun is on the way! We'll be hosting monthly and eventually weekly #CYM events at Trubody Wellness and other locations in the south jersey/Philly area. Once ready, I'll share our event calendar with you.
